If it looks like a fit, Jami schedules a 30-minute discovery call. No pitch, no hard sell — just a real conversation about your situation and whether Summit Advisory can genuinely help. If it's not the right fit, she'll tell you that too.

Proposal and agreement
A clear scope, a fixed price, and a timeline. No billable-hour surprises. Payment terms: 50% deposit to begin, 50% on delivery. You own everything that's built — no recurring license fees, no vendor lock-in.

Build and deploy
Jami builds, tests, and deploys your solution. You're involved at key checkpoints — not buried in daily status updates. When it's done, it works. And Jami walks you through how to maintain it yourself.

Handoff and independence
You get the code, the documentation, and a walkthrough. The goal is your independence, not your dependency. If something breaks six months later, Jami is reachable — but most clients don't need her after handoff.
