The curriculum
Four weeks.
One real business.
Every week ends with a deliverable — something you built, decided, or sent. Not something you read about.

Common questions
You're probably
thinking this.
"I don't even know if my idea is any good."+
That's exactly what Week 1 is for. You're not expected to arrive with a validated idea — you're expected to arrive with curiosity. The first week is built specifically to test and sharpen whatever you're starting with, using real signals instead of guessing.
"I'm not ready to spend money on an LLC yet."+
Week 2 walks through both sole proprietorship and LLC formation, and helps you decide which is actually right for where you are — it's not a one-size-fits-all push toward forming an LLC on day one.
"How is this different from The Overlook Course?"+
First Tracks is the on-ramp before The Overlook Course. It's for people who don't have a business yet at all — First Tracks gets you from idea to legally open, with a website and your first offer sent. The Overlook Course is for people who already have that foundation and are ready to build an AI-powered tool or income stream on top of it. First Tracks comes with the course, so you get both: start with First Tracks if you haven't launched yet, then move into the course.
"What if I get through Week 2 and realize the idea isn't right?"+
That's still progress, not failure. Week 1 is specifically designed to surface that earlier rather than later — and the same process you learn applies to your next idea, too. Nothing about First Tracks only works once.
"How do I get access?"+
Apply for The Overlook Course. Jami reads every application and replies within 24 hours; if it's a fit, you'll get a payment link. Once you pay, sign in with Google using the same email and both First Tracks and the course are waiting in your portal.
