AI education and tools
for every kind of climber.

Students, solopreneurs, and small businesses — find your path and start climbing.

The Overlook Workshop

From AI-curious to AI-capable.

The Overlook Workshop is one hands-on hour that sets AI up for your business. You'll leave with three things you built: Claude knowing your work and your tone, a tool made from your own files, and a skill that follows one of your processes. Plus a clear picture of what comes next: drafts in your email and chores that run on a schedule. Small rooms, no coding experience needed.

Built for small business owners, solo professionals, and anyone whose week runs on email, calendars and documents. $97 per person. First sessions coming to the Monmouth/Ocean County area, with virtual sessions to follow. Dates and venue to be announced.

What to bring: any laptop (Chromebooks are fine) and a free Claude account. Nothing to install.

Ready to go further afterward? Your $97 comes off The Overlook Course.

Host a Workshop at Your Space

Bring a workshop
to your community.

Local business owners — I'm looking for a few spaces to host small AI workshops. Host me, and your team attends free or heavily discounted, plus a room full of neighbors gets to know your space. Back room, café after hours, or co-working spot — let's talk.

We build AI-powered solutions that meet you exactly where you are — and give you everything you need to keep climbing.

Founded by a PhD engineer, educator, and mom who figured it out with a wiped laptop and a lot of early mornings. Noros exists because the best guide is someone who has walked the exact path you're on.

The guide

Built by someone
who did it anyway.

Noros Solutions was created by a PhD mechanical engineer, AP Computer Science teacher, certified doula, and mom of two based in New Jersey. A decade of teaching at the university and high school level. Real tools built and deployed for real people. An LLC started between early morning sessions before the rest of the house woke up.

The throughline across everything — teaching, engineering, AI, education, consulting — is this: the most powerful guide is someone who has walked the exact path you're on. Not someone who studied it. Someone who lived it.

That's what Noros is built on.

The name
Noros is a combination of neuro — the science of learning and intelligence — and oros, the Greek word for mountain. It's not just a name. It's a philosophy: that the climb toward understanding is the point, and that the right guide makes all the difference.
